    Booking & Assistance

    Access Hosts — One of our trained access hosts will be on hand to assist you throughout your visit. On arrival at the theatre, please make yourself known to a member of the team.

    Nimbus & the Access Card

    To help us provide the best possible service, we've partnered with Nimbus Disability and the Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

    To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we ask all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking. Registering is a simple three-step process, is completely free and provides access to online booking. Alternatively, please contact our Access team to manually verify and process your booking.

Physical access, seating plans & visual stories

To plan your visit, we have created a series of guides, including seating plans to help you choose the seat that best suits you, visual stories about visiting our theatres, and access information.

Please visit the accessibility section for the theatre you are planning to visit for information about wheelchair and level access, parking and accessible toilets.

Seating plans indicate seats that are level access, where spaces for wheelchairs are located, and the location of toilets and bars. However, please contact us ahead of your visit if you have any questions to ensure we can make your visit as smooth as possible.
