Auracast™
Auracast™, the new assistive listening technology offering full auditorium coverage, is available in all our venues. Auracast™ receivers can be collected from the cloakroom prior to the performance. These are provided with headphones or a personal induction loop, although patrons can also use their own headphones with a 3.5mm jack.

GalaPro
GalaPro is a mobile app that enhances the audience experience by providing closed captioning via your own mobile device. All content is provided in real time, using speech recognition technology, developed specifically for live performances and shows.
GalaPro is available for all performances of Hamilton and The Book of Mormon.

Captioned Performances
At a captioned performance the words are displayed on a screen (or screens) placed near the stage. They can be seen at the same time as they are spoken or sung.
BSL Interpreted Performances
At a BSL interpreted performance an interpreter will stand in a visible position and interpret the spoken and heard elements of a performance.
