    • Exchange tickets
If your plans change, email customer service at least 48 hours prior to the performance (24 hours for DMT+ members), and we'll do everything we can to exchange your tickets (fees apply). You can also do this online by following these simple steps.

Access

If you have access requirements, visit our Access Hub to discover more about access to our theatres, assisted performances, facilities and booking accessible tickets.

Age Guidance

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by, and seated next to, a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted.

Check individual show pages for any specific age recommendations or restrictions.

    Arrival

Our performances start promptly, so please allow plenty of time to find the theatre and clear security. Bars and foyers usually open 45 minutes before the start of the performance, so arriving early allows time to purchase a drink before the show.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break, but we cannot guarantee admittance into the performance.

    Security Checks

For everyone's safety and comfort we carry out security and bag checks on arrival. We kindly ask patrons to cooperate fully with all security checks.

Alcohol and items that could be considered dangerous cannot be brought into our theatres.

Cloakroom

For a small fee (free for DMT+ members) cloakrooms are available to store items during the performance (subject to space). As cloakroom space is limited, please contact Stasher before your visit for larger items (using coupon code SHOWTIMESTASH to receive a discount).

Food & Drink

Find out more about our bar service, or enhance your visit with one of our experiences packages.

Please note that you may not bring food or drink purchased elsewhere into our theatres.

All our theatre bars serve drinks and snacks, but not hot food. Our theatres sell products which may contain allergens. Allergen information is available upon request from all bars or other staff selling refreshments around the venue.

As our theatres are cashless, please bring a contactless payment card for purchases.

    Filming / Photography

Filming, photography and phone use are not permitted during the performance.

    Re-entry

If you need to leave your seat during the performance, you may be asked to wait until a suitable moment before re-entering the auditorium. This is to minimise disturbance both to other audience members and the performers on stage.
