    At the theatre

    Our theatre box offices open from 2 hours and 30 minutes before the start of the show, until 15 minutes after curtain up. On matinee days the box office remains open in between performances.

  • Can't Find Your Tickets?

    You can resend your e-tickets by logging into your account and selecting 'Tickets' and, in 'Actions', click 'Resend Tickets'.

    We recommend you double check that the email on your account is correct, and the one you're expecting your tickets to be sent to. If you booked your tickets through a ticket agent, you will need to contact them.

    Book tickets directly with us and, if your plans change, it's easy to amend or exchange your tickets up to 48 hours before the performance*

    Log into your account, select 'Tickets' and, in 'Actions', click 'Exchange Tickets'.

    *Subject to ticket availability. Exchange fees may apply and tickets must be exchanges to tickets of the same face value or higher. DMT+ members can amend or exchange tickets up to 24 hours before the performance.

Ticket prices, discounts and special offers may change at any time without notice, are subject to availability and exclusions and are not available from every sales outlet. Booking fees may apply except for tickets purchased in person at the box office.
