The Access Card

To help us provide the best possible service, we've partnered with Nimbus Disability and the Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person.

  • To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we ask all access bookers to provide us with a DMT Digital Access Pass (DAP) ID or Access Card ID in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking.

Registering is a simple three-step process, is completely free and provides access to online booking. Alternatively, please contact our Access team to manually verify and process your booking.

  • Already have an Access Card?

You don’t need to register again. Simply link your Access Card to your DMT account when booking (go to Step 2 below).

  • Don’t have an Access Card?

You can register for a free DMT Digital Access Pass (DAP).

  • Step 1: Register

Register for your free DMT Digital Access Pass (DAP) via the link below. Please note that applications can take up to 10 working days to process.

With a DMT Digital Access Pass, your ID number can only be used when booking tickets with us, however, you also have the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 should you wish to apply for broader recognition and use your ID number at all of the participating businesses. The Access Card is a universal way to communicate your access requirements to thousands of organisations, venues, events, and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond. Once your application has been approved, they will provide you with an ID number via email which you can then use to link your access needs into our system. This will then enable you to book access tickets.

  • Step 2: Link Your Accounts

Once you have your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID number, you can link this to your online account.

You can log in to your account and enter your ID number in the 'Access Card Number' box whilst logging in.

If already logged in, you can either head to Account Details and submit this under the 'Personal Details' section, or alternatively, when booking for a show and viewing the seating plan, you can select 'Access Card Login' and submit your ID number there.

If you don’t have an account, you can create one and enter your ID number in the 'Access Card Number' field.

  • Step 3: Book Your Tickets

Once you’ve logged in, and your ID number is linked to your account, you will be able to book the accessible seats that you require.
