We look forward to welcoming you to Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End.

As a courtesy to each other and to help us provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow any guidance our staff give you during your visit.

Be mindful and respectful of others, so that everyone can enjoy the performance and our artists and staff can give their best.


Before Your Visit

Your Tickets

If you can't find your tickets, follow these steps to have your tickets resent, or contact our customer service team.

If your plans change, or you are feeling unwell, email our customer service team at least 48 hours prior to the performance and we'll do everything we can to exchange your tickets to another performance (fees apply). You can also do this yourself online by following these simple steps.

Age Guidance

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter our theatres.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted. Check individual show pages for any specific age recommendations or restrictions.

Food & Drink

Streamline your visit by pre-ordering your drinks and snacks before you arrive, alternatively, enhance your visit with one of our hospitality packages.

Please note that you may not bring food or drink purchased elsewhere into our theatres. Please speak to theatre management on arrival regarding special dietary or health requirements.

As our theatres are cashless, please bring a contactless payment card for purchases.


Arriving at the Theatre

Our performances start on time so please arrive in good time as latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Bars and foyers open 45 minutes before the start of the performance.


Security checks

For everyone's safety we carry out security and bag checks on arrival. We kindly ask patrons to cooperate fully with all security checks.

We do not allow items that could be considered dangerous into the theatres. This can include knives, glass, personal safety sprays and chemicals. Items may be confiscated.

Cloakroom

Cloakrooms are available to store items during the performance for a small fee. As space is limited please contact Stasher before your visit for larger items (using coupon code SHOWTIME to receive a discount).

Filming / Photography

Filming, photography and phone use is not permitted during the performance.

Kindness Request

We are very proud to offer you a warm welcome and good service. In return we ask that patrons are polite and respectful of our team members.

We believe that all of our team have the right to be safe, secure and to be treated with respect while they are at work. Anybody behaving in an aggressive or inappropriate manner to any of our team during their visit will be asked to leave.
