We are so sorry that in these testing and difficult times you are not able to enjoy the show you have booked for. We are cancelling all performances until April 26th 2020, whilst we wait for further clarity from the government.

If you have booked directly with Delfont Mackintosh for an affected performance, please be assured that we will contact you to arrange an exchange for a later date, credit note or refund depending on your preference.

As you can imagine, we have an unprecedented number of ticket orders which we are processing in strict date order of performance. We ask for your patience and understanding as the current circumstances means that it is impossible to process all tickets within our usual 14 days. Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office teams and ticket agents.

If you have booked via a ticket agent they will also be in contact with you directly.

In order for us to serve our audiences the best we can, please do not get in touch with your point of sale if you have booked for performances after April 26th, but please be reassured that if we have to cancel future performances you will be contacted by your theatre or ticket provider. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.

We look forward to welcoming you back into our theatres as soon as we are allowed to resume performances. In the meantime stay safe and healthy.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TICKETS ARE BOOKED FOR PERFROMANCES AFTER 26TH APRIL?

Please do not get in touch with us if you have booked for performances after April 26th, but please be reassured that if we have to cancel future performances you will be contacted. We will continue to update this page and contact any affected customers directly.



CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS FOR A GIFT VOUCHER?

If you don't know when you'd like to see the show that you had booked for, then please let a member of our team know who can exchange your ticket for a gift voucher. Alternatively, we can credit your account for the production which you have booked, allowing you to rebook at a later date.



I PAID FOR MY TICKETS IN CASH/WITH A VOUCHER, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

If you have purchased your tickets directly at the Box Office using cash or Theatre Tokens for a performance this week, please email us at cancelled@delfontmackintosh.co.uk with your seat and booking reference numbers to hand.



HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We will aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however we are processing in strict date order of performance. I BOOKED MY TICKETS VIA A TICKET AGENT OR A THIRD PARTY, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

If you have purchased tickets via a ticket agent or third party, then please contact your point of purchase directly to obtain a refund.

Neither Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, nor any of our recognised agents accept responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sources, either online or via sellers which do not display the S.T.A.R. accreditation.



I BOOKED A HOTEL/MODE OF TRANSPORT/OTHER EXPENSE, WILL YOU REIMBURSE ME FOR THIS?

Regrettably, in accordance with our terms of sale, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres will not be able to compensate patrons for any of these expenses.



What if I need to speak to someone about my booking?

Following government advice, our customer contact centre is now closed until further notice, and so we are unable to take any calls.
