may be
asked
for proof of membership.
Priority booking refers to tickets being available to purchase before they are made available to
the
general public.
Events may require the purchase of a ticket for a specific performance. This would be at an
additional
cost
to that of any event. For complimentary events, failure to provide 48 hours notice of
non-attendance may
affect future attendances.
Monthly prize draws are subject to attendance at a Delfont Mackintosh Theatre. All prizes are
non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Winners will be contacted via email. Prizes
must be
accepted within 48 hours. We reserve the right to withdraw all prizes.
Ticket exchanges must take place at least 24 hours before the performance date and must be
completed
over
the phone.
Discounts require the presentation of a DMT+ card and are applied automatically. There is a £5
fee to
replace lost or stolen cards.
