Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is one of the largest London theatre owners, with a portfolio of eight theatres, including the recently redeveloped Victoria Palace Theatre, the resplendently renovated Prince of Wales and Prince Edward, both built in the 1930s, and the Novello, Gielgud, Noël Coward, Wyndham’s and Sondheim, all five of which were designed by the Edwardian architect William Sprague with an attention to detail matched only by that of Cameron Mackintosh in his twenty-first century refurbishments of these historic buildings.
Within each of these beautiful theatres we have room to accommodate daytime and evening functions, from auditorium buyouts, Sunday hires and after-show parties to film shoots, product launches, AGMs, management meetings, working lunches and receptions.
Champagne Packages including a prime location seat
We have Champagne Packages available on all our shows, with prices starting from £170 including a premium ticket. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion, or just want a little extra treat, our package can be tailored to meet your own personal requirements, and can include:
- Prime location seats
- Half a bottle of champagne
- Show programme
- Souvenir brochure (where applicable)
- Meet and Greet service by a member of the front of house team, who will meet you on arrival, or at the interval, and escort you to a reserved area for your champagne

VIP Packages including a prime location seat
Make a visit to our theatres a truly unforgettable event with a VIP Package available across all shows with prices starting from £235. Tailored to meet your own personal requirements, packages can include:
- Prime location seats
- Show programme
- Souvenir brochure (where applicable)
- Specially designated hospitality area 45 minutes before the performance, and during the interval
- Savoury canapés are served before the performance, with dessert canapés during the interval.
- Your choice of drinks including house champagne, beer, wine and soft drink
- Theatre host to look after your every need

Hospitality terms of service
Hospitality is sold subject to our full terms and conditions and is subject to availability. Prices vary from show to show, include the Restoration Levy where applicable and may be subject to supplements. Hospitality is only available at theatres in the Delfont Mackintosh Theatres group. Food and drink may only be consumed on the premises. You may be required to produce proof of age at the theatre.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least three days before your event. A supplement may apply.
Some products may contain allergens. On arrival, please ask a member of staff for further details. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from trace elements of allergens.
Change of plans
Provided you give at least 10 days notice prior to the performance, hospitality may be exchanged for a future date, subject to availability and a handling fee.
