Priority booking refers to tickets being available to purchase before they are made available to the general public.
Events may require the purchase of a ticket for a specific performance. This would be at an additional cost to that of any event.
The discount at theatre bars excludes champagne.
For complimentary events, failure to provide 48 hours notice of non-attendance may affect future attendances.
Cloakroom availability is subject to space.
Ticket exchange is subject to ticket availability and must take place at least 24 hours before the performance date and must be completed over the phone.
Discounts require the presentation of a DMT+ digital membership card and are applied automatically.
