Christmas Carol Goes Wrong

WHAT A BUNCH OF DICKENS

The Cornley Amateur Drama Society return with tidings of chaos and joy, ready to tackle the Charles Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol. With no hope of a silent night, disaster strikes with hilarious consequences.

Christmas Carol Goes Wrong is ‘a Dickensian disaster to savour’ (Guardian), returning for a limited 6 week run in London’s West End following last year’s sold-out season. Do not miss Dave Hearn as Max, original cast of The Play That Goes Wrong and the BBC comedy series The Goes Wrong Show, returning to the West End. Also, MISCHIEF originals Henry Lewis and Jonathan Sayer will join the cast as their original Cornley characters Robert and Dennis for two weeks from 14 - 23 January 2027.

Give the gift of laughter to your family and see this ‘irresistible Christmas treat’ (WhatsOnStage) from the multi award-winning company MISCHIEF.

The Cornley crew battle miscommunication, delays to their set, actors missing in action and a growing feud over who will play the lead. It’s sure to be a disastrous take on the much-loved classic Christmas story of Ebenezer Scrooge. Will Cornley finally change their ways, or will their misfortunes wreak havoc yet again.

Enjoy MISCHIEF’s festive slice of pure escapism at the worst production in Christmas past, present and yet to come!
