Nimbus Disability The Access Card

To help us provide the best possible service, we’ve partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

You are now able to book online for all of our venues, or if you prefer, you can call our dedicated Access Team who are able to take bookings over the phone as usual.

To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we require all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking. Registering is a three-step process and completely free.

How Does It Work?

When your application has been processed successfully, Nimbus will provide you with a unique registration number via email which you can then use to link your access needs into our system.

After you have logged into your DMT account and entered your unique registration number, we simply pull through your requirements directly from Nimbus. When booking DMT shows online, seats associated to your requirements will show on the seating plans, where there is availability for those seats.

Registration Information

Register for a free DMT Nimbus Disability account by following the steps below. If you already have The Access Card, there is no need to re-register with Nimbus.

If you are not able to use online forms and would be unable, because of the nature of your impairment, to access online sales you do still need to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration on 0330 808 5108.

You are now able to book online for all of our venues, or if you prefer, you can call our dedicated Access Team who are able to take bookings over the phone as usual. Please note, we now require a Nimbus registration number for all access customers who wish to book tickets via DMT.

Step 1

Register

Complete your DMT Access registration form for free via The Access Card website. It can take up to 72 hours to be processed. When you register, Nimbus Disability will handle all your information securely and safely without them ever having cause to see the detail behind why you need accessible seating options.

Step 2

Log in to your DMT Account

Once your Nimbus Disability application has been approved, they will provide you with a unique registration number via email which you can then use when buying a ticket to link your access needs into our system. Log in or create a new DMT account. If you have any trouble logging in, click the 'Help' button.

Step 3

Link Your Accounts

When you’ve logged in, select ‘Nimbus Access Area’ in the main user area. In the box that appears, enter your Nimbus number and click ‘Submit’.
