Hospitality Terms of Service
Hospitality is sold subject to our full terms and conditions and is subject to availability. Prices vary from show to show, include the Restoration Levy where applicable and may be subject to supplements. Hospitality is only available at theatres in the Delfont Mackintosh Theatres group.
Food and drink may only be consumed on the premises. You may be required to produce proof of age at the theatre.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least one week before your event. A supplement may apply. Some products may contain allergens. On arrival, please ask a member of staff for further details. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from trace elements of allergens.
Change of Plans
Experience Packages that do not include food may be exchanged for a future date, subject to availability and a handling fee, provided your exchange request is received and acknowledged by us no later than 48 hours prior to the performance. VIP Receptions and bespoke packages may be exchanged for a future date, subject to availability and a handling fee, subject to at least 10 days notice prior to the performance.
