Discounts are offered, subject to availability, for disabled theatregoers and one companion, including wheelchair users and Patrons who have specific access requirements. To discuss your visit and availability please use the options below:
Hearing-Impaired infra-red system in the auditorium and induction loop at Box Office. We also provide occasional sign language interpreted performances.
Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs & registered Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs are allowed in to the auditorium. Alternatively, staff are happy to dog sit.
Wheelchair access is available at the rear of the stalls, accessible via the ground level foyer. If you cannot transfer out of your chair companions can sit beside you. We also have a number of transferable seats available.
Wheelchair seats/transfers must be booked in advance. We have a low-level counter box office and the merchandise kiosk, Delfont Bar and adapted toilets can be accessed via the lift in the foyer. An Access Host is available from our front of house team to help you in any way they can, should you require any assistance.
There are steps to men's and women's in the Stalls and at Circle level.
Wheelchair access adapted toilet off the Stalls.
No steps to Stalls bar (served by lift). Dress Circle Bar 4 steps up and 6 down from Dress Circle foyer. (Stalls bar has moveable seating). Drinks can be brought to disabled customers in the auditorium. Hospitality areas in Dress Circle foyer and 9 steps up from back of Dress Circle.
Please note: Hot food is not permitted in the venue and any food consumed in the auditorium must have been purchased at the theatre.
Our theatres sell products which may contain allergens. Allergen information is available upon request from all bars or other staff selling refreshments around the venue.
