"I had not told my friend of our upgrade, as was not sure how good a choice I had made!!! All I can say is that from the moment we arrived at the theatre on Saturday and made ourselves known to a young man who was - coincidentally - our 'designated looker after' we cannot have been looked after any better than we were. He showed us straight to our reserved seats in the bar, opened our champagne and presented us with our brochures. After checking that there was nothing else we needed he returned to his other duties but on several occasions during the evening took time out to check that there was nothing else we needed. We did not actually believe that our seats would still be available in the bar at the intermission but there they were, waiting for us in a very packed area.

"I write to thank you very much for the time and trouble you took yourself in this matter plus the very helpful young man who made sure at all times that two sixty year old ladies were fine and comfortable during the evening. In this day and age we are, unfortunately, becoming used to people not caring but we had a fantastic experience on Saturday night, the show was brilliant, Alfie Boe was unbelievable, the champagne well chilled!!! We loved every minute and floated off down Shaftesbury avenue afterwards trying to bring ourselves back to earth!!
