Welcome to Hospitality for Delfont Mackintosh Theatres.  We specialise in making your visit to the theatre a memorable occasion.
 
Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or you are entertaining clients, we have a reception to suit you. Each theatre has beautifully decorated bars and private rooms, which are ideal for hospitality.
 
Johanna and Louise have seen all the shows in our theatres, so they can easily recommend a show that is right for you and your guests.

SHOW OF THE MONTH

Avenue Q

Brash, vulgar and just downright funny - you've never seen a musical like Avenue Q before! The characters on this downtown street in New York are out of work, out of luck and desperately seeking their purpose in life; just what are you supposed to do with a B.A. in English? This is a hilarious show you'll want to see again and again. Starring a hugely  talented cast of performers and puppets. Don't let your life suck or be the only person on your street who hasn't seen it yet.

• Meet and greet service by a member of the front of house team, who will meet you either on arrival or at the interval, and escort you to a reserved area for the champagne
   
  £90.00 per person inclusive of VAT. If you have already purchased your tickets, you can simply add the hospitality element at an extra £35 per person inclusive of VAT.

Champagne Hospitality Reception-ideal for special occasions

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or just wish to treat yourself and your guests, our champagne reception is the perfect way to make your trip to the theatre a memorable occasion. This exclusive champagne reception includes:

• Prime location seat - one of the very best seats in the house
• Half a bottle of house champagne
• Show programme
• Souvenir brochure (where applicable)
  
• Meet and greet service by a member of the front of house team, who will meet you either on arrival or at the interval, and escort you to a reserved area for the champagne

 From £65  per person inclusive of VAT. If you have already purchased your tickets, you can simply add the hospitality element from £30 per person inclusive of VAT.

Gift vouchers are now available. The perfect option that allows the recipient to choose the show and date that suits them. Perfect for Mothering Sunday! Ask us for more information.

VIP Hospitality Reception-IDEAL FOR ENTERTAINING CLIENTS

If you are entertaining clients or simply want to indulge in the luxurious surroundings of the theatre, then the VIP reception is the perfect option. You will have a host to look after you throughout the evening so you can relax and enjoy the experience. This exclusive VIP reception includes:

• Prime location seat - one of the very best seats in the house
• Specially designated hospitality area 45 minutes before the performance, and during the interval
• Savoury canapes are served before the performance and dessert canapes will be served during the interval - view canape menu
• Your choice of drinks including house champagne, beer, wine and soft drinks
• Show programme
• Souvenir brochure (where applicable) 
  
• Theatre host to look after your every need

From £115  per person inclusive of VAT. If you have already purchased your tickets, you can simply add the hospitality element from £80 per person inclusive of VAT.
